Semiconductor Stocks: Chip making stocks rose for the second week in a row, beating the S&P 500. Equipment and Chips are tied at 107.6, but they trail the S&P 500 by nearly 5 points. ARM topped the list.

The Chip Insider: It was a tough week. Order activity slid below 50 degrees. Caution dominates all decision making.
